As you lie down comfortably, I connect with your energy body and chakras, sensing where energy is thriving and where it is stuck.

Stuck energy is released into the earth, and Mother Earth returns pure love, joy, acceptance and bliss to you instead.

How to Prepare
For your online session
Find a quiet room where you won't be interrupted, with a bed or the floor and some comfortable cushions.
Have a glass of water or tea beside you for after your session
Lie on your back with your hands beside you, without crossing your arms or ankles
Place an eye mask or a soft shirt gently over your eyes
Please don't play any music
Take 5 to 10 minutes beforehand to relax into your heart

Yes. Both are equally potent and effective. Distant sessions are held from the comfort of your own home.
Can I ask questions during my session?
Yes. You're welcome to ask any questions that come up, during or after your session, as long as they relate to the work being done.
Can I have a session in person?
Yes. In-person sessions are available in Guelph, Ontario by request. Just mention it on your Connection Call or send me an email.
What if I need to cancel?
Please let me know at least 24 hours before your session.
